The calendar view provides you with a practical overview of all your events. You can view individual days or entire weeks and access the respective event.
To access the calendar, select the "Calendar" option from the menu on the left side of the screen. Use the arrows in the middle of the top bar to navigate between days/weeks.
At the top right, you’ll find the "Week" button, which allows you to switch to the daily view by selecting "Day" from the dropdown menu. Depending on your settings, the current week or the current day with all created events (events/free training) will be displayed.
On the left edge of the calendar, you’ll see a small monthly calendar, which allows you to quickly switch between days or weeks. Below that, all your events for the selected day are listed again, sorted by time.
If the small calendar on the left is in your way, you can easily hide it using the "Hide list" button above it. To show this area again, click "Show list" to expand and make it visible.
When you click on an event in your calendar, the event opens automatically, giving you access to the booking overview, or you can edit the event by clicking the "Edit" button. More information on editing events can be found in this article.
Tip: When you hover your mouse over an event without clicking, a small window will show the full name, trainer, and time.
Move classes in the calendar view using drag & drop
In the calendar view, you can select individual classes, hold them, and move them to a different time or day. To do this, drag the event to the desired day or time and confirm the changes in the following step by clicking "Yes, confirm." Please note that only the single event will be moved via drag & drop, not the entire event series.
⚠️ Note: If members have already booked a session, you cannot move it directly in the calendar. If you need to change the day or time of the class, cancel the class first and create a new session as a replacement.
How can I filter by individual classes/sessions or open training?
Using the "Filter" option, you can sort the calendar by sport category, trainers, locations, or status. To view the entire calendar and all events, make sure to reset the filters.
