YOGO is an intuitive booking system designed for fitness and wellness studios, including yoga, pilates, dance, and martial arts. It streamlines management of memberships, class passes, events, and promotions.

How do I connect to YOGO?
1. Partner Request
Partners interested in the YOGO Booking integration should reach out to Partner Support via our contact form to make their request.
2. Activation Timeline
We aim to process the integration within 3-5 business days. But this is subjective to the capacity at the Integrations Support team.
To avoid any loss off bookings, the Integration Support team will set the start date of the integration 14 days in the future (red. date processed + 14 days).
From the set starting date of the activated integration USC bookings and/or checkins will be directly received in the YOGO system.
3. Provider and Location IDs
The Integration support team will provide the partner with their unique Provider ID and Location ID upon activation.
These codes need to be correctly configured in the partners YOGO account in order for the integration to be completed.
4. Confirmation
From the moment the integration is correctly configured on both platforms, the schedule will automatically be synced to Urban Sports Club.
The Integration support team will send a confirmation email indicating that the integration has been activated on USC, including the start date of the service.
Important notes on schedule changes
- Urban Sports Club integration does not accept any changes made to class start time, class start date, location, and late cancellation window. Whenever you make a change to classes with any of the before mentioned variables, on USC all these classes will be cancelled and recreated.
- To avoid any loss of bookings our advice is to not make any changes to active classes, meaning classes with a start date <14 days in advance.
In case you need any technical assistance
Your booking software platform is the first point of contact for any questions or issues regarding the integration. When a question or issue occurs please reach out to your booking software platform support team first.
In any case of urgent bugs and/or issues
In case your booking software platform support team cannot answer the question or needs more technical support, your booking software platform support team escalates internally to the product and/or engineering team.
In case your booking software platform product/engineering team needs support from the Urban Sports Club product team, they reach out via our agreed-upon mode of communication. We are happy to support your booking software platform product team to find a resolution as soon as possible.
Online Classes
Currently the API's we are using to make this integration and connect it to Urban Sports Club, do not support the online class offer coming from the Integration side.
If you were hosting online classes before and these are represented in your contract with Urban Sports Club we will set up a new location profile that will be able to host Online classes through the usage of the Urban Sports Club Partner Portal.
Be sure to note: You cannot put the online classes in your integration's schedule because these will not work.
Free training
This integration does not support free training and the scheduling of free training timeslots. To schedule free training you go to the partner portal and schedule them there.
