Each member must scan a QR code with the Urban Sports Club app's built-in QR code scanner with their smartphone to check in. If the check-in was successful, the display turns green which means the visit is registered in our system and will be reimbursed accordingly. A stable internet connection is required for check-in.

By the way, as a partner you don't need our app to check in members – just the QR code.
