If a member doesn’t show up or doesn’t check in to a class directly booked via our app,
the system will automatically create a “No Show”. This will be paid out to you like a regular
check in, as long as no other member claims the opened up spot. Additionally, the
member pays a penalty fee to Urban Sports Club.
If your offer is not bookable though our app, but directly with you, we can unlock an option
for you to add a manual No Show or Late Cancellation. To set this up, please contact us via
the contact form.
What are the cancellation deadlines?
Usually we take over your cancellation deadlines. Those however, shouldn’t exceed 12
hours before the start of the class. You can add the cancellation deadline yourself in
every class in the Partner Portal or your API connected booking tool. If the member cancels the booking after the set deadline, the system automatically creates a "Late Cancellation", that will be paid out
to you like a regular check in, as long as no other member claims the opened up spot.
Additionally, the member pays a penalty fee to Urban Sports Club.
In case your offer is not bookable via our app, please add your cancellation deadline
(max 12h) in text form in the field “important information”.
