There are different reasons why your class might not show up in your Urban Sports Club schedule. Please first check if the respective event group is set for the Urban Sports Club booking rule in Fitogram Pro. If this is set correctly it is also possible that the event group was not assigned a category. Events without assigned categories cannot be shown in the Urban Sports Club schedule. If this is also set correctly set, please check if the event group is set for a location that has not been linked to your Urban Sports Club profile yet. In this case please, contact us using the contact form in the Help Section of the partner tool. Simply select "send a message" and then "Fitogram." Be sure to also add in the form which Urban Sports Club location should be linked to your Fitogram account.
