Add a check-in
Check-ins cannot be manually added by partners. The official check-in process requires Urban Sports Club members to check in with the QR code and to identify themselves in order to access your studio. There are a few things you need to do to ensure a correct check-in process:
- Have an up-to-date QR code that is visible
- Make sure you have courses or free training in your profile that members can select
- Ensure it is possible to check in at your studio: there needs to be reception or internet connection provided
- Have the members check-in before the start of the class
- Always check the confirmation on member’s phone screen to ensure the check-in actually happened and that it is the right person checking in
In the event of prolonged technical issues on our side, we will provide you with a temporary solution to document and capture manual check-ins.
Remove a check-in
You cannot remove a Check In yourself. If a check in was done by mistake, or if the member cannot train after the check in, please inform us immediately so that we can remove the check in.
Please submit your message via the contact form in the help area of your partner tool at "Leave message" under the item "Check Ins". Please specify exactly which date and which member it is about. The partner support team will then take care of removing the check in immediately.
