The app always clearly shows an error message so that you are well informed as to why the check-in didn’t work. Here are some of the reasons why a check-in may not work on purpose:
- The Urban Sports Club member has already checked in to your studio that day
- The Urban Sports Club member does not have the correct membership to check in (ex: an M-membership in the case where an L-membership is required)
- The Urban Sports Club member’s monthly visit limit has been reached (ex: he/she has used your offer 4 times in a given month, and tries to check in for a 5th time)
- The Urban Sports Club membership has already been cancelled or paused during that time - The Urban Sports Club membership has not yet begun
- The member selected the wrong offer at check-in (e.g., a sport category not included in the membership, or a free workout instead of a booked class)
If one of these error messages applies, then the member cannot take part in the training using their Urban Sports Club membership. If the member would like to train despite this, then the general fees and regulations of the studio itself apply.
If a Check In does not work, this can also be due to the smartphone of the Urban Sports Club member. (e.g. no working internet connection or the USC app has not been updated for a while).
