The ability to calculate no-shows and late cancellations is only possible through use of the Partner Portal or through a Fitogram account connected to your Urban Sports Club profile.
In both cases, a late cancellation will automatically be noted in the system when the member tries to remove the booking outside of the set cancellation window. If the member has booked a class and does not check in, their booking will automatically be marked as a noshow after 12am. This will be displayed either in your Fitogram account or the Partner Portal, as well as in the partner tool. In the event of multiple violations, we will charge the member a penalty fee.
