When you want to add a new location to your Urban Sports Club profile, please submit your message via the contact form in the help area of your partner tool at "Leave message" under "Change my partner information." Then select "add a new location" and provide us with the necessary details.
Please be sure to include the following information:
- location name
- location address
- profile text and location pictures
- training offer for Urban Sports Club members (ex class schedule)
- number and format for the new QR code (A5 stand-up or A6 card)
- complete shipping address
Our partner account management team will then process your request as quickly as possible. Please note that we may need several weeks to set up the new location, so be sure to send us the information as early as possible. You will receive an e-mail from our partner account management team with all relevant information once the new location goes live.
