Below you'll find answers and solutions to the most common questions and issues and practical steps to help you solve them quickly. Make sure to follow each section carefully to ensure your integration runs smoothly.
1. Why hasn't my integration been activated yet?
If you have trouble activating your Eversports integration, please check the following:
- Missing Activation: Please ensure that the Urban Sports Club extension is enabled in the Market section of your Eversports Manager. You can find all information about activating your integration here.
- We aim to activate your integration within 3-5 business days after submitting your integration request via the typeform. You will receive a confirmation email from our Partner Support team once your integration is active.
- Location duplicates: Please make sure there are no duplicate addresses in your system and clean up any unnecessary entries before activating the integration. If you have duplicate or unused locations, please contact our customer service at support@eversports.com to assist you in merging them.
Please note that the activities that you want to offer via Urban Sports Club need to be enabled for aggregator bookings. You can find more information about aggregator bookings in the next step.
2. Why are my classes not bookable on Urban Sports Club?
If you're classes are are not bookable for Urban Sports Club members, your activities might not be enabled for aggregator bookings. Please check that all your activities are enabled for aggregator bookings. Go to each activity → open the "Rules" tab → and check the box for “Allow bookings from aggregators”. You can find more information about aggregator bookings here.
Please note that the schedule on Urban Sports Club is only visible for the next two weeks and classes will only appear if they are scheduled for the next 14 days.
3. Why is my class not appearing on Urban Sports Club?
There may be several reasons why your class isn’t visible on Urban Sports Club. Please note that the cause may differ depending on whether it's a newly created class or an existing one.
Why is my new class not appearing on Urban Sports Club?
New classes will be fetched during the next synchronization cycle. Our system detects new classes and flags them for sport category mapping. This process occurs daily (excluding weekends).
- Aggregator Rules not activated: Please check that all your activities are enabled for aggregator bookings. You can find more information about aggregator bookings here.
- No or new sport category set: Please note that you need to set a sport category for your activities. For new classes with new sport categories our Partner Support team needs to manually map the new category. If your contract supports the new sport category, we will map it accordingly within the next 24h. If you need to add a new sport category to your contract, please contact Urban Sports Club Partner Support Team via our contact form and the contact reasons “Questions about my contract.”
- Data Synchronization: There may be a delay in data synchronization. Try refreshing the system in Eversports or reach out to Eversports or Urban Sports Club Support if the issue continues.
Why is my existing class not appearing on Urban Sports Club?
- Aggregator Rules not activated: Please check that all your activities are enabled for aggregator bookings. You can find more information about aggregator bookings here.
- Changes to existing activities: The Urban Sports Club integration does not accept any changes made to class start time, class start date, location, and sport categories. Whenever you make a change to classes with any of the before mentioned variables, on Urban Sports Club all these classes will be cancelled and recreated.
- Wrong Venue UUID: Double-check if the correct Venue UUID is linked to Urban Sports Club.

4. Could duplicate locations be causing issues?
Yes, duplicate or unused locations in your Eversports Manager can lead to booking errors or classes not showing up correctly on Urban Sports Club. Please make sure to clean up your locations list before activating the integration. If you need help merging duplicates, contact the Eversports Support team via support@eversports.com and they'll be happy to assist you.
5. Can I make changes to scheduled classes?
Only to a certain extent. If you change the start time, start date, location, or sport category of a scheduled class, the integration will cancel and recreate the class on Urban Sports Club. All Urban Sports Club bookings will get cancelled automatically. To avoid this, we recommend creating a new appointment instead of editing these details.
6. Why aren't my class images showing?
Please note that class images are currently not transferred to your Urban Sports Club profile via the integration. However, you can manually add images to your Urban Sports Club profile through the Partner Portal. You can find detailed instructions on how to upload pictures to your profile here.
7. Can I use the integration to offer online classes?
If you already offer online classes as part of your existing Urban Sports Club contract, you can now use the online streaming integration to make these classes available. The synchronization happens directly via your Eversports calendar.
Please note that we are not currently accepting new online offerings from partners who do not already have online classes included in their contract.
8. How do I offer Free Training?
The integration does not support Free Trainings (e.g., open gym are and equipment or open swim or massage). To offer Free Training sessions, please create them directly in our Urban Sports Club Partner Portal. You can find more information on how to create a Free Training in this article.
