If your QR code is worn out, broken or illegible, we will be happy to send you a new one. Please contact us via the contact form in the help section of your partner tool , click on "Leave message" and select "I need a new QR code" under "Check-ins".
Please enter the following details in the form:
- Location name
- Number and format of the desired QR code (A5 stand-up or A6 card)
- Complete shipping address
We will send you a new QR code as soon as possible.
You can easily download a PDF version of your QR code in the Partner Portal. Go to Studio > Locations > Select your location > QR Code. Then click on "Download" and save the QR code to your PC or smartphone. Simply print the PDF, or use the mobile version on your phone for member check-ins.
